Mark B. Lehnardt, Esq., has been practicing law in the United States for more than 15 years. He represents foreign producers, foreign exporters, and U.S. importers in U.S. antidumping and countervailing proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. International Trade Commission, the U.S. Court of International Trade, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the Dispute Settlement Body of the World Trade Organization.
