  • Founded private antidumping and countervailing duty law practice and built international legal network 
  • Coordinate teams (lawyers, economists, accountants, analysts) to defend foreign producers and exporters in U.S. antidumping, countervailing duty, and Injury proceedings
  • Submit briefs and present oral arguments before U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT) and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC)
  • Submit briefs and present arguments in hearings before the U.S. International Trade Commission and U.S. Department of Commerce

  • Drafted briefs & motions in 14 CIT cases, 2 CAFC cases, and 5 WTO cases
  • Counseled agency in 4 investigations and dozens of reviews
  • Co-organized & presented in IMF forum about U.S. antidumping and countervialing duty law for Latin American government officials and private attorneys
  • Advised agency in relation to Byrd Amendment, Japan-US Regulatory Commission, OTEXA US-Chile and US-Peru trade provisions
